From a functioning County Medical Director to a Public Information Officer, the Covid crisis did an excellent job of showing us what we are missing, and what a disadvantage it is to have every emergency decision in the hands of a single person.

Lower Taxes
Frank New knows how to run a government while lowering the tax burden on individual property owners to offset rising property values. It’s called the Equivalency Tax Rate, Frank developed it, has been using it successfully in Heath since 2018, and will put it to work for Rockwall County.
ADAPT TO BETTER SERVE ROCKWALL COUNTY
Frank’s experience on the County Road Consortium, the County Emergency Services Board, and the Emergency Management Corporation of Rockwall County has taught him that the county has outgrown many of its methods. Rockwall County needs a functioning Medical Director, a Public Information Officer, and an honest look at how roads are bought and built in this county.
